We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Items may only be returned for exchange except in cases where the article is defective or damaged in shipping. In these cases, the full order amount may be exchanged or refunded minus the shipping costs for the return. 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at lotusmontreal@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Returns are addressed on a case-by-case basis and we will work towards a satisfactory solution. For any questions, email us at lotusmontreal@gmail.com.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Currently, shipping times may be longer given increased package volumes due to Covid-19 with Canada Post and USPS.  ​

 Free shipping on Canadian orders over $150

Please inquire by email about shipping discounts for orders to the United States and international addresses.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our stores in Old Montreal.  

We offer international shipping by invoice. Select  "no shipping" at checkout. Please be advised that duties may apply. 

When shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking number within 48 hours.
