We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Items may only be returned for exchange except in cases where the article is defective or damaged in shipping. In these cases, the full order amount may be exchanged or refunded minus the shipping costs for the return.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Currently, shipping times may be longer given increased package volumes due to Covid-19 with Canada Post and USPS.
